Forward is the V-Berth with port and starboard hanging lockers, under bed storage, and under bed pull out drawers. Deck hatch and opening port lights.
Just aft of the V-berth to port is the forward/day head. It is equipped with a Jabsco manual head (sea-water), sink, and separate shower controls. This is a wet head with a shower sump pump. The sump pump also doubles as an anchor locker pump.
Aft of the salon is the master cabin. This space is larger than on most 50' yachts. A centerline queen bed is accompanied by many areas for storage. Forward of the bed is a make-up station with seat and mirror. Port side forward is the master head which is equipped with a manual Jabsco head (sea-water) and a soaking tub/shower.
The ships galley is located just forward of the raised salon. This area includes a spacious galley to port with top and front loading refrigeration, double basin stainless steel sink and ample storage. To starboard is a four person dinette that also drops down to form a berth, it is pre-rigged with a lee cloth. Just forward of the dinette on the starboard side is the combination washer/dryer.
Thanks to a well thought out design, the mechanical access and layout is generous. The salon floor has easily removable hatches in order to service every facet of the vessels mechanical and plumbing systems. The genset and engine are located in a large space, and the engine can be accessed on all sides. Pumps and valves are labeled and organized to allow easy service and maintenance.
Just forward of the mechanical space is the electrical space. This area is self contained from the engine space and is also accessed under the floor of the salon. There are six 4D house batteries, allowing for an ample supply of power.
Stainless steel standing rigging with toggles, curved mainsail Lewmar track with traveler car and traveler car outhaul tackles are provided. The controlling lines for the traveler cars are brought through the forward coaming into the cockpit, clutches are provided on the mast and deck as applicable. Two reefs run back to cockpit, third on mast. All halyards on mast with winches.
The hull in constructed with fiberglass and resins of a type approved by Lloyd's register of Shipping, for use in construction of craft under their survey. It is of sandwich construction with a balsa core. Isothalic resin is used in the hull. The keel consists of four lead castings encapsulated in fiberglass and resin. Two coats of epoxy barrier coat are applied then two coats of bottom paint.
The deck and coach house module is constructed of fiberglass in a manner similar to the hull with areas of high stress, such as the main sail traveler track and winch mount base, foot blocks and mooring cleats composed of solid FRP laminate and stainless steel backing plates. Standard exterior finish is Isothalic gelcoat. Deck and cabin tops have molded nonskid sufaces around all hatches & hardware, large weather tight hatch aft, 3-molded cockpit lockers, teak cockpit deck, bulkheads bonded to hull
& deck with fiberglass and mechanical fastners, seperate opening self-venting gas locker, two unusually large lazzerattes aft.
