Lakehouse is a 120x30' barge with a 50x18'6" companion generator barge. The main barge has a house that is currently configured as a living quarters for 26 guests in three bedrooms.
The floors in the common areas are tile and the bedrooms are laminate. There are three bathrooms with shower, toilet and lav. Full galley with wood cabinets, marble counter tops, 4 burner electric range, dish washer, double stainless sink, commercial refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven and ice maker. Opposite the galley is a built-in wooden bar with wall storage. There is table seating for 15 people. Lounging are has big screen TV, surround sound and Direct TV access. Aft is the laundry room with washer, dryer, double stainless sink, desk, upright freezer and lots of storage in wood cabinets with Formica counter tops. A partially covered wood deck sits atop the house and is accessed via a rear stairway. There is a boat davit with electric winch, storage for lifesaving equipment, stainless sink, stainless refrigerator and a BBQ pit.
The 50x18'6" generator barge has a metal 20x12'6" building and two John Deere diesel powered 60kw generators.
