“I One” is a beautiful Hatteras 54’ MY sitting in the freshwater of Lake Monroe. Brought down last month from NC and the St Johns River, “I One” is in very good shape with a lot of maintenance done to her during the last haul-out.
The Hatteras 54 Motor Yacht, a Hargrave design, was introduced in the mid-1980s to replace the Hatteras 53, which enjoyed a 20-year production run. The Hatteras 54 was a technologically advanced design with a modified-Vee hull, cored topsides, prop pockets and a modern look to go with luxury amenities.
Powered by twin Detroit Diesel 8V-92TA 735hp engines with approximately 2500 hours, she is up to date with maintenance.
Recent maintenance from 2015 haul out include: Bottom paint, anti-fouling paint on running gear, engine raw water hoses replaced, all thru-hulls removed, inspected, cleaned and replaced if needed, all pickup screens removed, polished and coated. Both shaft seals along with rudder posts have been pulled with all packings replaced.
Owner is motivated to sell and will consider all reasonable offers.

Entering “I One” from port side you can enter the lower helm area or go along the wide walkway into the aft deck. The aft deck is very roomy and is fully enclosed with very clear newer isinglass. Walk through the sliding glass door and into the truly functional salon with a wet bar, entertainment system, and comfortable furniture. The lower helm is forward of the salon and open to the salon area. There are sliding entry doors to port and starboard. Inside access to the flybridge is up steps from the lower helm.
To port you will go down into the fully equipped galley to starboard and four-person dinette to port. Forward stateroom has over and under single berths, plenty of storage and private head with stall shower. The stacked washer and dryer is starboard. Going aft from the galley is companionway with the big 8V-92TA engine rooms on each side, to port is the guest head with the twin berth guest stateroom to starboard. The master stateroom is large and has a plethora of storage throughout with the master head with separate stall shower forward.
Back up to the lower helm you will access the flybridge via inside ladder. The bridge is large with guest seating for 10. A 1989 11' Boston Whaler tender and 15 HP Evinrude outboard with electric davit is aft.
The salon has received many upgrades from the second owner in the seven years he has owned the boat. Upgrades would include faux wood Venetian blinds and a vinyl wood look floor that replaced the original carpet. Teak cabinetry throughout.
Very clean boat and shows owners care that has gone into her for the last 8 years.
